    WP-o-Matic : this is great plugin to autoblog. Just install, put RSS Feed URL of any source blog (full-text prefer), than sit and relax.

    + you can install auto-rewriter, change content to unique.
    but no auto-rewriter plugin are 100% good, sometimes your content looks like write by a pengiun :))

    google hate's autoblog :) but as long you have unique content, it is ok :)

    You should be able to do it with a Cronjob set-up.

    Another alternative is to set up blogs by email and then set up forwarding from an RSS service to the forwarding email.
