Autoblog vs Unique/Rewritten articles - when selling

I have a few blogs/sites which I plan to sell in the future. I personally prefer to write the content/rewrite news and make it mine, not copy and paste but, when selling a site, or if you're buying a site, what do you prefer?

Autoblogging, or putting the articles on myself without rewriting would be much easier but, I'm proud to say all the articles are unique but, does it really make a difference to a buyer? I mean I know it will for some but, which method am I best doing. I currently have three sites which I'm looking to sell and at the moment, all have unique content and will put more unique content on but, I also have another site with no content yet and I don't know whether to write on it, or autoblog.

I don't know if the domains were better but, previous autoblog sites ive sold have sold for more than the ones I put a lot of effort into. Should I stop rewriting the articles and post them as they are?

I want to know generally but, i also have a review blog and i find reviews hard to rewrite so im wondering whether to take other reviews and post them as they are (with a link of course), or rewrite them? Currently have one article on which I rewrote but, took me ages and not as thorough as the original, so idk what to do.

It really depends on what I'm looking for. An autoblog can be just as good quality as manually generated content, you just have to know how to properly mashup various sources of content so that it makes sense. I say use a combination of both if you can.
