Well, it is a brand new website. It was created just in the last few days. So, I can't give you any big stats. I did just the other day submit the site to be stumbledupon and you can see that it jumped the unique visitors.

The script gets the keywords from the videos themself on youtube. The user provides the keywords when they upload the videos to youtube.

I don't know. Youtube is a google company and adsense is a google company. Youtube has adsense blocks on their pages. Great question.

The script was created by me and uses the youtube api to pull the videos, descriptions, keywords (tags), and images. It uses the youtube api to place all the videos of youtube on it's website for users to enjoy. They will be able to watch the videos. Search for videos and click on keywords to get more videos.

The software does not stream the videos. Youtube streams the videos and streams the thumbnails. Saving you the bandwidth of not having to stream the videos and streaming the images from your host. The domain comes with a license to use the software and free support for the life of the domain.

Each page contains the 20 most recently uploaded videos for what ever tag (keyword) users are searching for. Each new tag (keyword) or search will pull up 20 more videos for them to view. This can easily add up for SERP result pages. The limit is the limit of the number of videos in the youtube database.

The script uses the description and keywords of the videos as the title and meta description/keyword to further the SEO value of the website. Each search page has the title and description of the keywords being searched for showing up in the search engine results better to match what the users are looking for. Lots of thought has been put into this Area of the software on the site.

The template is a free template from open web designs and can be replaced with any other free template to make the site look different. Someone not experienced in templating could replace the sites template in a half an hour easy. Someone that is experienced can do it in as little as 5 minutes to create a new looking site.

Lastly, the software on the site is completely automated. It does not require maintenance or updating from you at all. It might require free updates if youtube changes anything to do with the API, but other then that it will be a set it and forget it type of website. The worse thing about video sites is to update it with new videos all the time. Buying "video packs" and such. This website will pull new videos automatically from youtube without you needing to mess with it.
