Auto Surfing

I believe that this is the right sections, however, I could be wrong... So if it is the wrong section, I would appreciate if a Mod would move it over to the right section.

For those who are not aware of Auto Surfing, I figured I would let you know that Wikipedia describes it very well.

I'm curious to see if there is anybody on Digital Point that still does Auto Surfing. I haven't really heard much of it ever since the big 12DailyPro "scandal". I find the concept interesting. However, if I were to decide to ever do it again, I wouldn't know where to start.

So anyways, would love to hear if anyone does...

Autosurf traffic is the worst traffic you could get.

Also, if your site contains ads (adsense or otherwise), autosurfing can get you banned

If you're going use any of that stuff. You should use manual exchanges.

I would say any sort of traffic is good traffic..

If you wish to autosurf, then by all means, go ahead but if you have money, then simply just buy targeted traffic.

I am a co-admin of the biggest monitoring service for auto surfing programs. I will not give you the name - don't want to break any rules - but if you google 'autosurfs', the top position for that search would be our site.

I'm not sure if you're interested in the traffic it might generate or if you're more interested in 'the game'.
Well, the traffic is not so great, very untargeted except for these so called HYIP's (High Yield 'Investment' Programs). Even for these type of programs, generating new signups that way is low. If you have a new website to promote, it's not the greatest way and indeed Google is not allowing it, although many are taking the risk.

I don't think your question was related to the traffic, but rather to the "investment" part. There was a lot of buzz during the 12dailypro saga. Since then, it lost quite a bit of steam. They still exist, but the flow of programs and players has slowed down dramatically.

Autosurfs are HYIP's with a twist: you need to surf in order to get paid while with common HYIP's you just need to invest and withdraw.

Is there a difference between then and now? No. They pay Paul with the spend from Peter until they decide to close shop.
On the other hand, when you play with them, invest at the right time, get out on time and if you don't get greedy, you can win some money, but it's certainly not the safest way of making money.

If you take a look at our monitor, there are some programs at the top of the page that have been paying consistently for over 1 year up to 2.5 years, but they don't get as large as say 5 years ago.
