Auto Submit Article Script For WordPress

If I understand this correctly I need to:
1. Set up a Domain
2. Add Wordpress
3. Purchase the ASA script
4. purchase a membership with article marketer
5. wait for approval of my site

Is this correct and or am I missing anything?

ArticleMarketer is FREE for receiving articles. Purchasing Memberships is only for Author Signups and article distribution. We are not going to signup as author and distribute our articles.. We just want to receive articles sent by them. So article receiving doesnot need Purchasing Membership. If they force websites to purchase memberships or pay money for receiving articles, then a few websites will receive articles from them...

Thanks armen and vvtv, I feel like I just made a couple hundred dollars today by asking a question. When I went to the site all I seen was the sign-up for authors.

Now I know what I will be doing tomorrow morning.

I have submitted an article to the site after filling in the registration form and entering an article but the article will not publsh intil I confirm an e mail reply. I have not received this conformation e mail, nor a further one I requested, is there a flaw in the systems or do it just not like FREE articles !!

 

I once submitted a article using their free author signup. I did not got a confirmation mail at that time. Yesterday I tried to login to the free author section, it says, no username or email address etc. etc.. They did many changes to their system in the last weeks. So I suppose it will be some system flaw or change....

You can login to their free author section and check what the status says... I think they approve and sent the article after some time... If it is sent, the status will be displayed, but they will not give the site list where they sent the article... Only paid members can know where their articles are sent....

 

The confirmation email should be pretty much instantaneous after you "register" to accept articles i.e. enter your script location...etc. It has three links in the email, one to confirm the email address, one link to have a test article sent and a third link to click once you successfully receive the test article.

After going through the activation process is where a lot of people (including myself) have hit a wall...waiting for the articles to start flowing. If you haven't gotten the email with the instructions noted above immediately after you sign up, you may want to double check it didn't get sent to your spam folder, trash...etc. Like I said, if you enter a valid email, it should be immediate.

As far Article Marketer issues...they have had some serious problems over the past couple months. I feel bad for the timing of this great script b/c it came out in the middle of AM "system upgrades" and a lot of people are blaming the script when it's actually an Article Marketer issue. Hopefully everything will be ironed out shortly and the delays won't be so long to get started. I'm at one full week tomorrow after confirming my test article and still nothing. I'll probably open a support ticket tomorrow but their support system has been a train wreck lately as well. Wish me luck.

Hi. Interesting read; my eyes are tired from a great thread. I made payment to you, Armen, and will give this WP script a shot. I'll let ya'll know how long it takes for:

1. Armen to send me script upon payment
2. Article Marketer to send me some great articles (yes, this script pulls and stores the entire article, not just the teaser link)

PS: If you haven't read this entire thread, do so. This way, Armen and his loyal following will not have to keep answering the same questions over and over. This seems to be a great little script from an honest programmer.

Just got my second site approved and running:

I've owned this one for over a year and it was running article dashboard...but they're a pain. Using Armen's script is so much better, easier and it's a plain fact...no article directory script can keep up with a wordpress powered website. A year from now you'll be thanking yourself...and Armen for this script.

BTW...writeacle.com got approved and the test article came in about 10 minutes...so things are going good over at Article Marketer. Got about 50 new posts in half a day...

I made 15 sites with Armens script in the last month...... A great script from a great man......... Also he sent updates for the script for free....

 

I agree but I can only agree theoretically at this point. Until Article Marketer approves my sites, I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs.

 

i agree i really can't understand the problems i'm having getting sites approved. i've followed all recomendations and still no luck.

I don't think you can change the volume, only the categories. Article Marketer just sends whatever they get in whatever categories you ok'd.

There's an option during the install of Armen's script to select "post" or "draft" and I think that's the only way to really limit what hits your site. Post makes the articles automatically post to your site but draft requires approval before they hit.

You likely set up the script using post but you could always go back to the asa-config.php file and change the script from post to draft.

Just an FYI, you're going to start to have a pretty good backlog of articles building up if you only publish one a day.
