Autosubmission tools leads you to be listed at spam directories. With the advent of time the free submission on quality directories is getting obsolete. It is difficult to find good ranking non spammy sites. Be very cautious in getting yourself listed in one.

Take people's advice and stay away from automated submissions. Many people would have given you this advice 5 years ago. It is very true today.

Let us introduce you to Fast Directory Submitter, the only directory submission software you will ever need. With Fast Directory Submitter, you put in your site profile only once and then click "Submit" in each directory. Nothing could be easier.

My question is why would anybody want to do automatic submission? Nothing could be worse than trusting a third party (who doesn't care about your site) to send your info to who knows where entirely for their own benefit.

I like to occasionally submit my sites to a directory but I probably only find one or two worthwhile and affordable a year. I then take time to find the most relevant category (can't be done with auto) write a description off the top of my head (can't be done with auto) and when it's been accepted by a capable editor (can't be done with auto) feel good that I have another good and relevant backlink to my site.

Don't use auto submissions as it may harm your SE rankings because these auto submissions can submit your site to spam directories that can harm your rankings badly.

No way, There is no need of doing this as this is going to bring a lot of harm to your site. Gone are the days when Robin hood used to in Woods.
