    There is no tool to submit automatic social bookmarks because each website requires registration in order to submit your bookmarks...

    Still there are nothing any tools for free or with out a/c. By the way why you are prefer for automatic tool or s/w ? How ever as you know it's totally against google web master guide line? I'll suggest go for manually and book mark your web pages or site.
