The key to success in Social network is, choose 5, 6 good network and be active. if you build a strong network you will receive good traffic. submitting to 100's of network is just a spam nothing else and it long run it may gives you a disadvantage. Also for one or 2 times, you can hire DP's bookmarkers who do manually with different users and thats wont harm you. All you need to plan your social media campaign. hope this helps!
