Auto responder says from name@serv​er17.namech​eaphosting.​com. How change?

I have a auto responder for when someone submits their email on my site it auto sends them a coupon. But the auto response email says its from:
name@serv​er17.namech​eaphosting.​com

How can I get this changed to say its my domain name? "name@domainname.com"

Find in your script and set the sender address. Otherwise it will use default sender address.
