Auto refresh ??????

    Hi,

    i have news website, which auto refresh each 4 mins, google didnt like that, told us and we stopped doing that ...

    Now my question Techcrunch.com refresh its homepage and they have adsense ?

    how can i refresh my page to display latest news without breaking the google rules & Guidelines
