Auto Loans Site for Sale - Domain expires soon!

Hi,
I have a website for sale: www.autoloans-forbadcredit.com (domain expires Feb. 19/12). I use Google adsense on it (has paid $11.80 since inception) and I've earned $18 with MaxBounty CPA. I have not worked enough on it, and don't have the time to work on it. You can have it for next to nothing. I would pay the renewal fee, and ask that you pay me $30 total (just to cover my time to transfer it to you and the renewal fee). I will push and transfer it over to your domain, as long as you provide me access to your cpanel and ftp. If not, I'm letting the site die, simply because I don't have the time to dedicate to it. I use SureHits CPA on another site, and that would be worth putting on this site too, because people needing car loans will also be needing affordable car insurance. As I said, I just haven't had time to dedicate to it, but adding the car insurance on it would be a good source of income too.
