Auto Insert More Plugin

Is there any plugin to insert <!--more--> in a long post ?

I created a plugin that helps me add multiple posts at a time and in it I included an 'auto-more code' feature.

If you have the experience you might consider making a plugin that creates a custom "Add New" page with a list of custom features you can select from for that post.

Such a plugin might even exist already,
