Auto Generated keyword list VS Researched keyword list ?

    Hi guys,

    Just wanted to hear your opinion.

    How do you build your keword list. Are you doing it using tools like Keyword Elite, Niche Bot, Word Tracker ? Or you prefer to do it using keyword generation tools like Speed PPC, Efficient PPC or SEOBooks tool?

    What's from your experience works better/works for you?

    Research keywords is better than auto generated keywords. If you using keyword discovery or Google Adwords Keyword External Tool it generates keywords based on historical data and expected market.

    I start with "usual" keyword research: dating -> dating online, free dating etc.

    Then it makes sense to mix some keywords based on geo, hobby, feature etc.
    For example, dating Alabama, dating NY.

    Next step includes the search of "new" or long tail keywords.

    Finally, track results and kill the losers!

    research for keywords that has good buying traffic else you would end up in vain if you go with auto generated keywords
