how does this work? i want the data will extracted from mysql data base ( LAST data entered ) then the data will be auto entered to about 3-4 forms placed in different sites . accroding to the data in my mysql it will be added some fields . for example in the field " name " appear the word "two" i can choose that added data will be added to the forms . budget : 100 $ i don't care that the code will be taken from other source and used here but the finel result should work well and i want the ability easly edit the form input value for each field . part of this will be extrated from my sql and part will entered and added in the script. run time example : mysql data have 4 fields : (id-1,type-dog,desc-nice dog, name -mixed-breed dog) the form will be filed : name.form -> mixed-breed dog desc.form -> nice dog because type=dog then will be two more filed . cat.form -> dog hair.form -> brown . please show my your project done by you then you send mr a PM . Hello, Do you want like 7 forms if the database has 7 rows in the table? or on the first page the user will select the dog name, type or breed and on the next page the data of the dog will come from a database to the form.
