I also looked for a long time but couldn't find anything that worked. I suspect it would be difficult to produce a program that worked on all emails. You could either outsource the task or have a programmer write you a dedicated program. It isn't a complex task as long as you only have one type.
What do you mean auto email confirmation? Please explain or give an example. Most features like this are a part of the mail server software. /*tom*/
I'm not aware of any programs that automatically confirm emails. Detecting whether an email required confirmation would be quite a difficult task to program, especially if confirmation involved clicking on a link embedded in the body of the email.
