Auto Content and Google Adsense

I was wondering how some ppl use blogger and autoupdated content to bring more organic traffic and get more links.

Is this legal or illegal?

So lets say that you are using a free blog like wordpress or blogger but you are using a RSS feed that updates your content from another source. Is this bad or okay to do.. Will that person get banned from adsense.

The Adsense Program Policies include the following:

A blog with no original content is pretty much the definition of a web site "made for adsense" rather than made for human users. Will you get banned? Maybe yes, maybe no, but it's a high risk.

Also, free Wordpress blogs don't allow you to place your own advertising, so that's out.

yeah. duplicate content is a big no-no when it comes to serp ranking.

Using auto-generated/stolen content might fool Google into ranking you higher (and hence send more visitors your way), but it certainly won't help with backlinks because few webmasters would want to link to the crap blog that would result (you said "organic", right?).
