Auto - BMW Site for Sale

    I have a newer (6 weeks old) site online. It looks great, but I don't have time for it.

    It's a BMW Blog and the articles on it are exclusive.

    I put it online and linked it up on Aug 6.

    Graphics were done by me, so it's original too.

    Starting Bid: $50

    BIN: $100

    New owner will get a zip with the site in it (includes SQL dump).

    Godaddy push.

    I wonder, wouldn't there be any trademark issues?

    I say that because you use "BMW" in your domain.

    Search Google and u will get 4.5 million domains with BMW in the url, i think there wont be any problems with that.Google Results

    I'm not sure. The site is about 6 weeks old and I never hooked up stats on the server.

    No, there are no trademark issues (IMHO), because of the site's use and the mark's dilution. But, I'm not giving legal advice. :)

    I forgot to specify an ending date.

    The first bid has been received. This auction ends on Monday at 6pm PST.
