I want to create a auto blog for about 20 niche domains using either ad sense, ebay, other niche affiliates. Maybe both. I would like to write some unique content & reblog other blog content. Maybe a 80/20 mix. I lack programming knowledge. Is there simple software to help me build, manage, and update 20 blogs?
You're late to the party I stopped doing this over 2 years ago - Google will de-index your sites as fast as you can build them - if it indexes them in the first place I now use Wordpress with a silo site builder plugin New sites get between 10 and 13 pages indexed by Google in a few days - just using the single ping URL in the default Wordpress ping list - even without content on the pages - just the navigation links Can't beat that - and I don't get that sinking feeling when I check my adsense account now - never knew if I'd find another site had been blocked by adsense team, or if I'd been banned from adsense when I was autoblogging
Thanks for the advise. I have 20 niche domains. I would like to blog on each & run Adsense & a few affiliates. I plan to write some original content and reblog from other sites. I want to post to all blogs at once. Is this wise to do?
Content curation is safer than auto-blogging but I don't think it has much of a future either A safe way to do it, as you intend to use original content, is to use a plugin to re-post to web 2.0 sites such as facebook, twitter, etc. Over 2 years since I did it, but I used a free service - you just provide your log-ins for facebook, twitter, etc. and they do the rest - i.e. you make a post on your blog, and they auto log in to your accounts and re-post the content
Well I used to use Wordpress for all of my Blogs Online but I just found a waaay better and easy to use Blogging Platform that Wordpress. You can manage ALL of your blogs from ONE Backoffice. You can have Unlimited Blogs if you have a lot of Domain Names already. And then you just upload the content to all of them (lets say 20 blogs) from one Backoffice! If you want to get set up quick and blog quick on 20 blogs - this is the best way to do it. Instead of logging into every single Blog site. Don't forget about all of the technical stuff that comes with a typical Blogging Platform, Plugins, Updates, Templates, Author Boxes, Blog Design to make you the most money, etc. You will have to work on each one of your 20 blogs - how much time you think this would take you? What if you just pay one fixed monthly price to have Unlimited Blogs with Unlimited Domain Names. You will not have to install ANYTHING - just set up your blog, set up the Domain Mapping and get to blogging. That's it. That is exactly what I'm doing right now to make money online. I used to be a Wordpress Lover and I could really build a website from scratch in just couple of minutes. But I do have a lot of technical skills in this - and someone that does not will have a huge challenge to just build one successful and good looking website. Even with my technical skills - I decided to use a much Powerful Blogging Platform and much easier to use. Even a grandmother can use this and start blogging online right away. When you want to make money blogging, you need to spend your time creating income producing content so working to get the site set up and ready to go is not going to put any money in your pocket. You need to get set up FAST. If you want to make money fast so you can re-invest in your business and scale up FAST as well. This is the true way to build an empire online. Make money work for you - so eventually you will have more time to work on your True Passion and your Goals to help others succeed. Making money is about having Free Time to do what you really want to do in your life and not to be sitting in front of the computer for most of the day every day. That is not the purpose of making money online and of course at the beginning you WILL have to work your ass off but it is up to you how long you do that. Me? ... I worked my ass off to build something that will get me leads on a daily basis so I do not have to work so hard anymore - all I have to do is maintain that traffic and eventually grow it bigger with my re-investments. Now I have more time to work on my True Passion in life and that is helping others succeed. I find the most joy in my life when I see someone successful because of me. That should be your Real Mission Online! Anyways - the Blogging Platform I'm talking to you about here is BRAND NEW and has not even been Launched to the Public yet. I am lucky to use it before anyone else and that is because I am part of the people that created it. If you want to know how you can get your hands on this amazing blogging platform - let me know and I will tell you how you can use this too. It won't be available for anyone else for a while but you want to get your hands on it as soon as is launched because thousands of people are already waiting for it. Think about a Facebook that was created just for Marketers and People that wants to make money online. You facebook profile would be your Blog and there will be an inside Community that can comment and like on your content. This will help you get soooo much Search Engine Traffic and your content could easily go viral inside the community. That is what we are creating right now and so far we have Thousands of people dying to use it but they can't for a while lol - we are still cooking stuff in the background before we release this Beast! I hope my words here can help you on your journey to success online! Have a great and productive day!
Similar story here - I co-own the product which is a wordpress plugin to automatically silo a wordpress site for SEO purposes We showed a demo wordpress site running the plugin and custom theme to 40 people selected through a forum, with the option to buy it if they liked what they saw on our demo site - and 30 percent of them did - and what surprised me was the fact that quite a few of them turned out to be SEOs and Web Designers, who had been lurking on the forum thread as we revealed siloing techniques over the course of about 3 months I know what you mean about the background stuff - first time I've created a product, and there's lots of stuff to do before you can release it to the masses I've just got to install and test the digital download delivery system on the site, and we'll be ready to spread the word It's not the same as auto-blogging (been there, done that) Its white hat quality site building, that won't get hit by Google Don't know if anybody here has heard about "Hummzilla" - its a SEO event about the way Google will be following up Penguin - supposed to be far worse for spam sites - I'll be watching out for when they upload the video to youtube after the conference - info is over on themezoom.com and networkempire.com - they'll be our main competitors, but we'll give em hell!
You can use curation content for your autoblog efforts. More safe and may become authority blog that google loves.;
Definitely safer than an auto-blog - but you still have the problem of theme bleed e.g. http://www.siloplugin.com/silo-plugin/site-structure-example/ I no longer believe that you stand much of a chance of getting lots of free visitors from Google unless you sort out your site architecture - i.e. clustering related content without linking to non-related content
I have a bunch of autoblogs (or "curation content blogs" if you want to use a different term that means the same thing) that I use to get something out of domain names I'm not doing anything with for the moment. Several of them get daily traffic - maybe 1-3k UVs a month or something - and generate a bit of cash, which is nice. It depends on the niche, really. I've actually put together a completely automated solution for those sites: it takes an hour or two to build them and find content, then they run untouched until I decide I want to do something proper with them and repurpose them. For the feeds, I use the free FeedWordPress plugin, plus some of the addons. For video feeds, I use the free Automatic YouTube Video Posts plugin. The biggest problem I ran into was space. Autoposting of any kind - whether it's a full-on blog or a news feed as part of something mostly unique - generates a lot of posts and chews up server space. It might not seem like it, but 20 news items a day with a picture in each adds up really fast. Most of the maintenance plugins I found didn't do what I wanted, so I wrote my own: TIEtools. It's in the WP plugin repository, totally free. It expires old posts, strips out images (if you want to keep the news but dump the pictures on old content), cleans out log files, removes dupes (only based on title for "oops" situations) and will also notify people when content gets removed if you want. With that in place, I no longer even have to visit my automated sites. They just sit there and generate content, endlessly. Where I've used the tools on a news feed (it can be set to ignore or focus on categories), I can safely ignore the feed part and just concentrate on posting my own content. Hope it helps.
Thanks legauxenterprises Despite swearing I'd never go back to auto-blogging, I'm headed that way again Creating original content sites of about 40 pages is a pain in the arse This time I'm going to do it differently - silo autoblogs Hoping to get the top rankings of a silo site, with the easy content generation of auto-blogging I'll probably use wprobot as I bought it years ago along with most of the expansion modules - and got all the latest updates for it - but I'll check out the softwares you mentioned
autoblogging is dead. write original content, accept guest posts but don't repost already existing content. Google hates duplicate content. You're gonna end with all of your pages deindexed and your websites penalized.
