Authorize.net SIM integration in opencart 1.0

    I got a zip file for authorize.net integration in opencart, but I am not able to integrate.
    Can anyone guide me step by step on how and where to upload files and how to activate the module.

    i am attaching the zip file here.
    open cart version is 1.0
