Authority website traffic

Hi DP members,

My question may look a bit stupid, but i would like to consult with DP experts about posibillity of getting 15,000 daily visits on website.

I am creating a huge portal with a lot unique content nearly 20,000 pages of information. I was wondering when my project is finished, do you think it is possible to get 15,000 daily visits, 80% unique ?

Any methods to monetize it quick instead of Google Adsense ?

I may add, that website will have eye catching kick ass design and forum is implemented.

 

If you have that much traffic then it is best to monetize it by affiliate programs.

 

I don't have it now, this is just a project, but i was wondering is that possible to get about 10,000 a day for 20,000 pages project!

 

Create a marketing plan before you before you create anything, affiliate programs are a good way to monetize, plan. Also learn copywriting, it will help you a lot when trying to monetize any site.

 

It depends on the niche and how effectively you promote your portal. The number pages doesn't matter when it comes to the number of uniques; it is the popularity that brings in the visitors.

 

I'm sorry, kalseo, but you are going to have to advertise to get that kind of traffic.

You'll see for yourself in due time.

But do not give up on your project!

 

You will need a lot of unique, keyword-targeted traffic with a lot of high PR inbound links to get this sort of traffic.
AND you'll have to get the pages indexed in google which takes a lot of time.

If you want to monitize, target your pages to relevant clickbank products - will take time but would be worth it long-term.
