Selling Authority Site - Unique content and No Revenue - Have Organic traffic

    I created this site to be an authority site but got sidetracked and focused on another niche that I was really interested. I only created this site for the money and this niche wasn't my passion and so I quickly had let it go. No backlinking has been done but everything is settled the domain has age now and you can do heavy seo work on it to push it to Page 1 in Google check out the current ranking of it without SEO done.

    The content per article are atleast 1000+ words each

    Rankings:
    It is page 1 on some keywords at Bing and if you seo it there is a high possibility that you can be in page 1 in Google too since I have never done SEO to the site


    I might as well develop it myself but I need the money for the other niche I was talking about.
