Would you recommend the site sift script smub ? I see they are building more mods on it for this in their forum. I am planning to use 1 in a project. I just have to look for more templates for this.

There may not be a lot of talk about this but I think Site Sift is also a good directory.

Site Sift is an old directory and it's on the top of the directory field too.

It's a great script as well!
There are some cool features in site sift,like the "coupon" one.

where can I download the free version of site-script? I have tried to download from here http://scripts.site-sift.com but the zip file is broken.

 

Try to re-download it....I've downloaded a few times without any problems.

i become to like site-sift script more and more though it is plain and simple , hard to find template. If there is no templates, then no need worry about template, right?

btw, I found a few phpld directories I own seems easily stuck in supplemental result while site-sife directories are ok...maybe I am wrong..
