Selling Authority Review Site - $1,600 income & over 2,000 visits per/month

I'm selling my Authority review site in the IM Niche. This site became an authority about 3 months ago and since then its generated well over $4K in income but as you know the refund rate is very high in this industry so what was actually left for me was only $1.6K. Anways, I've included 3 screenshots below. 2 are from my analtyics account and 1 is the Clickbank revenue that was actually paid out to me from this site. You will see that most traffic is from USA search engine traffic which is the most valuable type of traffic. The site holds multiple top google rankings for certain Clickbank products. Also I have it marked up there that "content is unique" , its mostly true, but there are some posts which have been found in other places on the net but for the majority it is unique.
