Authority Link check tools

Is there any online tool available for checking the authority backlinks like .edu, .gov, etc

 

opensiteexplorer.org free trail provides you with authoritativeness of the links you linked to.

 

I have check them but many site I test, getting no information.

 

Then they can't be an authority, right?

I want to check that any .edu/.gov sites links back to me or not. In other word back-link from .edu/.gov

 

It would be great if I could check because I would like to know how many back links back to me from .edu/.gov.
