Selling Authority classified ad site for higher end SUV's with good rankings, traffic, income

As many of you have seen I have a lot of classified ad sites that I sell here on DP. I have one that was sold to a client about a year ago that he is wanting to sell. Just this month it has had over 280 different keywords that have driven traffic. The site earns its income from adsense, ad fees (paypal) and a few cpa offers. The site is about a year old. It is not a real high traffic site but the audience is very well targeted. Most of the traffic is organic, he does no marketing so most of it is search engine based.

The site right now is earning about $150 per month but with some marketing to dealers could see 8 to 10 times that in a month.
