Authority Blog & Forum - top in Google, 5,000 uniques/day, 200+ unique articles

I am looking to get rid of one of my sites. This site is in the hugely popular Webkinz niche and is widely considered the 2nd biggest Webkinz site.

The site gets around 3,500-5,000 uniques/day with 70% from Google. The revenue from the site is currently at $400 /month however this promises to greatly exapand due to the toys becoming a huge craze for chirstmas.

We get $80 per month from auctionads, $5/day from Adsense and $160 from Amazon. I know potential does not sell but hear me out here:

Amazon gives us 6% comission. We have sold 215 webkinz through our shop in the past month, which has grossed Amazon $2150. Of that, we've only earned $160 which is pretty poor.

If you can find a shop to host on the site, then you could triple or even quadruple this amount in no time. Since I'm in the UK, I can't find any offline shops to partner with.

A simple biz plan for this would simply be:

* Partner with a shop to sell their webkinz through the site
* Place more ads on the site
* Promote the site through the email list and maximise cash flow in the 4 months to christmas
* Monetize the Christmas rush with the hosted shop
* Sell the site on with costs covered for big profits.

I am therefore looking in the high $x,xxx region for this site. If you work through a similar business plan to the one mentioned above, you could literally pay off the cost of the site by Christmas and then sell the site for pure profit on top of that.

Also, the content which I have posted is extremely valuble, too. It is some of the best Webkinz content on the Internet.

How is this an authority site? ..I've googled it and It doesn't appear to have authority status.

 

It's not a Google authority site. It's one which people in the market see as a "go-to" site and one which they trust as both reputable and correct.

I use the term "authority" as it is a dominent player in its market and so has an authoritive status with its users not so much with Google.

Maybe I should call it a big site but I seriously belive it has authority status with its users.

 

How long has the site been around?

 

Just about 4 months now but I changed the domain because of trademark issues. The domain is now clean from what I can tell
