Implementing Author Rank may be the single most important thing you can do for the future of your site. The key is to take credit for your work and in the process it doesn't make any sense to use scraped, plagarized, or crappy content any more. Thank you Google!
Exactly, it's a very good feature that everyone should use. Since Google announced this author rank, I started using Google+ more often and I can confess that I started to see some results.
