We using Windows 2003 server with all the updates. Optigold generates the authentication file properly if we turn of the FTP upload (we can see the file in the directory)
If we turn FTP on the file does not get sent to radius and the system freezes while it is trying to send it for 1 -3 minutes.
We can use an external FTP client to upload the file and there no problem.
So the question is what FTP client does Optigold use to upload the file and has anybody experienced a similar problem. It feels like a windows issue but we don't know where to look.
It has worked fine for 18 months!

It doesn't use an FTP client other than it's internal FTP process. How big is the file?
