Im from the US, but i have an australian paypal, i sold something and made some money, i have about $200 total right now in it.. It got limited because it was supposedly "accessed by a third party" , which is really stupid. I just had to change my password, update security questions, and confirm a credit card, i did the first 2.. when i try to add a prepaid mastercard giftcard , i cant add it, because it says my account is limited.. so how am i supposed to confirm a card to remove the limitation, if i cant even add a card because im limited... Ill give up to $25 if someone can tell me how to get the limitation removed, and it works. Thanks.
may be you accessed it from austrailia which is why it got limited,paypal is now a days more strict about there policies of accessing paypal outside
Call them and let them know of this issue. That way you can restore your limited account quickly. DON.
Yes, i access the Australian account from USA only, nowhere else. I cant call, im only 17 and if they need some documents or something, i wont be able to provide anything. Although right now it only says confirm credit card.
What.. but ive been using the paypal for a long time now, ive made/received small payments , under $30 And now when i actually get some money in my paypal, they limit me, this really pisses me off..
So ... you dodged PP's limits on age and (bizarrely) opened an international account which you have only ever accessed from the US, and you're suprised at the outcome? You will spend more than $200 worth of aggravation trying to access that money. Go make some more money, you'll feel better. Frank
