    Server Cleanup time! So have today we have an Australian Immigration Blog for sale (immigrationtoaustralia.org), site has some content unique and some generalized content from feeds. Site is Word Press CMS based with several good plugins loaded.

    Domain is with Namecheap.com and will push the domain to any namecheap account (free).

    Domain is not new (been sitting on our server for waiting) but site is rather new and has not had much done to it, no revenue to claim, adsence has just been added to site, traffic is currently around 100 to 150 uniques per month.
    Site has been indexed by google with about 60 pages listed so far and several back links listed.

    It is a pretty nice starter site that is easy to run for someone to build upon.
