    Gday Folks,
Im a newbie to this forum, and to domain trading. Ive been in the internet biz for more than 10 years, and over that time I acquired (for legitimate reasons)

    hi.net.au
    mum.com.au (Aussie equivalent to Mom)
    un.com.au.

As from 1 June 2008, we will be allowed to sell .au domains, like most countries around the world. The local registers are predicting a mini boom in sales here, and the media has picked up on those stories and 'raised the hype'.

In Australia, there is a high national loyalty to .au domains.

Any thoughts from anyone on what they think may happen:
Demand and Prices for Domains go up immediatly?
Demand and Prices for Domains go up slowly?
Demand will be strong and then wane?
    Its all hype?

While I am here, anyone have a thought on the value of my domains?

    thanx heaps in advance

There will be some increase in sales of au domains but I really do not predict that it will be something close to Dot In or Dot Uk.
