One of my stalled projects - I got a day job and this one fell by the wayside. It needs a lot of content added, and my original plan was to doorknock businesses to get them to sign up, so this price includes printed forms complying with legislation that you can give to businesses while you are there. Business is set up properly and has a bank account and paypal account verified in the business name, and PO box you can take on and redirect if you like. The site is built in Drupal 7 with some custom code, and I'm happy to answer questions about it for 2 months after sale.

The traffic is too low for me to have bothered applying for an adsense account.

This would really suit someone like a retired salesperson living in a regional area. It has a lot of potential and even without paid subscribers it would make a good adsense site, but needs a lot of time sunk into it. While it is for sale, I'm going to put up a section for regional events, I don't think there is a central place you can go for them at the moment.

I'm not sure if you can take this site on from overseas.

Do you have some admin screenshots?

    Any more details?

It is a fairly generic drupal 7 site, if you know drupal you're fine. I haven't modified the admin side, just have gone custom on some things to keep the module count down.
