More Detail:
With the Australian series started early this year, I built a site for the biggest loser in Australia. During the first show we wrote up on the night’s events, so the site has heaps of original content. It also has a database with 2000+ health related articles (these are not original). Therefore the site is around 3000 pages.

Site has custom design - not bad looking - some flash - all FLA and PSD files will be supplied to new owner.

The show finished in April and I really have not done much with the site. I have so many sites now and feel I will never be able to give this one any time. The right owner could really exploit this site and make some good $$ off it - Diet area and biggest loser have high interest. At different stages I ranked top 5 for major keywords in Google. Still has some decent rankings around the place – just about all traffic coming through SERP - most of it from Google.

I have seen site traffic drop off over the past months to its now lower levels which is about 50 visits a day. In April, some days it would have over 2000.

Income - I have been running adsense on it for a while now - Plus having some banners on the site to affiliates. Adsense is easier to track income - it’s dropped off to this month being only $30. April was $454.48 - May 107.79 - June $51.28 - You should be seeing the pattern now. The other income through the affiliates is hard to work out as I have a large amount of sites and was not tracking them individually at the time. If you check the traffic levels it’s not hard to see how you could focus some nice affiliate banners / products and get income from it.

Amazon has made me stuff all income – really was not that good a choice when market was focused at AU – 2 much in delivery costs / Wrong zoned DVDs. At the time they were not selling any biggest loser products in Australia so had to go this way. Now heaps on Biggest Loser products available in Australia which could gain some nice income.

Site would suit someone in Australia that can view the next Australian series. If new owner was keen, I would recommend redesigning the site to allow for content from all Biggest Loser shows globally. This will keep interest up - traffic and therefore income potential

Full cpanel access will be supplied to the winner so that they can move the site. New owner must have or have access to an ABN so that the domain can be transferred to them. Site is currently hosted on high speed Australian servers. If new buyer likes site can stay hosted where it is – will work out market value fee for this.
