Aussies - did I find a misktake in the AdSense TOS?

    From my understanding, Google's HQ is in Ireland for tax purposes. So your agreement showing Google Ireland is valid regardless of location

    I checked New Zealand, and their agreement is with "Google Inc", which is why I jumped up and down and made this thread :p

    But I've just checked South Africa, and the UK, and their agreements are with Google Ireland too.

    Nice one Claudek. I should have known that Google don't make mistakes :D

    That does seem strange, but I seem to remember reading something about this.. I think it was when I first got the invitation to be paid in AUD instead of USD (pre public release).
    I can't think who, what or where exactly it was mentioned, but I do remember it.. I think

    Um.. maybe someone else can help :eek:

    Actually, if you do a search for Google tax dodge, you will find an interesting read on how Google avoids mucho huge tax.
