    site is Mandarin House - 100% Free Audio & Music Downloads

    niche: Music Search Engine

    approx 800uv/month all organic and unadvertised traffic, detailed stats upon request.

    Indexed by all major search engines and directories.

    ranks well for its age on alexa: mandarin-house.net - Traffic Details from Alexa

    Sold a couple of ad slots a while back, and was generating around $50 a month.

    Lack of commitment has seen revenue tailing off recently.

    Lots of potential in this website.

    Going with hosting, domain, scripts, email, etc.
