I had someone send me a video presentation via webcam ( .mov format),
however the speaking was a little bit behind the mouth moving.
Is there a way to correct this video? And is there a way to avoid this on future ones?
    Thanks

Well, I have a plan for you. You first record the audio of the entire video and seperately prepare an audio clip. Now, insert your original video file into any of the video editing software that you have . Also, import the audio file that I had asked you to create before. Now, just shift the audio track in the time line in order to synchronize the audio track with the original. You can then produce the file.

You may try this Video Editor, it's a nice video editing software that can help you edit, join, split, trim, crop, convert and cut video, my friends recommend it to me, it's easy to use and works pretty well for me, it embeds many special effects. I had made a video with it and the video got award, that's pretty cool. Here is the free download link
