I want to add a chat room with audio - video not required - to a website for an online community, about 100 members at the moment, maybe 20 logged in and active at any point in time. Is there anything available open source or low cost - very low cost because it's a social website, no commercial activity. Needs to be suitable for Windows 2003 platform on dedicated server.
