Selling Audio article directory > 5,000 U.V. / Mon - natural traffic from google, yahoo, aol

Hi all,

I'm selling http://www.audarticles.com, which is an audio article directory.

It requires only 5 minutes a day to maintain it since all you need to do is rejecting and approving articles. It currently has about 760 authors, 2050 approved articles, and 44 rejected articles. Everyday about 50 new articles submitted to the site.

Beside everything belongs to the site such as domain, hosting, admin area, the new owner will also receive the text to speech tool, so they could optionally add speech to the articles.

Below is the traffic printscreen from the beginning of the site to current month. It's growing. All traffic are natural from search engines and directory. Please note: for September, 1305 visitors is for 5 days traffic only Sep 1 - Sep 5.
