Audience Hourly Users

    I have an e-commerce website. On that website I put one product up for sale at half price every Thursday morning at 10:00am eastern time. When I go to Audience Overview to see the hour by hour traffic for today which is Thursday 8/2/18 it shows the most users occurred in the 7:00am hour which makes no sense because the item goes on sale at 10:00am. Furthermore the data shows zero(0) users in the 10:00am hour which is incorrect because there were people on the site making purchases in the 10:00am hour. I checked the property setting for the website, and it is correctly set to Eastern Time. Also all my customers live in the Eastern Time Zone. Can any one shed any light on what is going on here. Thanks for the help.
