    Hello all,

I'm currently creating an auctioning website, and I'm close to finishing but I'm having trouble with the paypal payment system.

It will have users, who will have a paypal account linked to their username.

It runs via auctions, and sellers will pay a posting fee, and I will receive a commission when the sale has landed.

For the paypal behind all that, I have 2 questions.

    1) How do I create a system where the seller is forced to pay the posting fee (and I receive it) BEFORE he can hit submit and his listing actually shows up.

    2) Is it possible to create an automatic commission system that would go to my account directly, or am i forced to ask for the commission after the sale between the buyer and seller has concluded.

    - lets say someone has an item that's worth $10,000. I want to make sure they paid their 10$ posting fee before it's listed. (1) I ALSO want to make sure that when the buyer and seller make their sale together.. I get 7.5% of the transaction instantly, and automatically.

I could use any help as soon as possible. Thanks,

    Alex
