Auctionads, where is my $25

Auctionads announced last month that they were upping the bonus to $25 and that those that have not made the pay out would get the bonus (from the difference).

That $25 was not in reports last month, and it's still not there. It was showing up in "My Account" but that was for September. Now I see no indication of it.

*shrug*

My total earnings last month with that that bonus was a whooping $0.00 without a single click since the 15th. I think I'll pencil in some ad real estate changes for October...

 

The way it reads is that new publishers get a $25 bonus. I undersand that to mean that if you were an existing publisher when MediaWhiz took over you don't get the bonus. It never appeared in my account. If it appeared in yours and later they removed it then I'm guessing it was a mistake.

 

No, I should have got it, and did. It was showing in "My Account" but never in "reports" Now that the month is over though, there is no way to track it (as it's no longer showing in "My Account".

According to my understanding of the blog post that explains it, I am supposed to get it, so I am not concerned about that... what I am concerned over, is where they keep it. If I follow the reports, then I'll need to subtract all I made pre-mid-september, then add $25, as that is the only way it's showing (as in, it's no longer showing, anywhere).

Does that make sense?

 

Seems like an obvious question, but have you bothered emailing AuctionAds to find out what's going on?

 

No... I was hoping to get one of the folks "in the know" to answer here.

Originally I was going to make a comment in blog, but heh...they don't seemingly acknowledge any comments there. From reading here, they don't generally respond to emails much either...

But I guess that is the best course of action. I'll do that, and maybe post any reply here (in case others are in the same boat I am).

I emailed them and they said:

The amount is in your account. You will be paid after you have reached the $50 threshold for payments. Thank you.

 

At least they are personal replies. Mine was similar to that (Got it within or around 24 hours). Sadly it's hard to track when it's not listed anyplace

 

Why don't you try to sell until it reach $50 than u ask again where is my $25 bonus.

 

You mean sell till the $25 is hit, then ask where the other $25 is

 

I just sent them an email to ask where my money is, the missed a payment, but now I see they changed the threshold. New rules apparantly.
