It's funny how Shoemoney continues to post on his blog as if everything is perfectly fine and that one of his companies isn't a total piece of shit when it comes to reliability and customer service. :) It's pretty annoying when you are someone using his service.

of course 993ti. If you read me right, in the past i made money. I've now the triple of the clicks (the triple of persons) that i had, and i don't make a pennie. It's not possible, it's very target users, and the conditions now are the same that was 2 months ago. So this users should at least one, winning an auction. Something is wrong.

Am I the only one that lost about 95% of the usual clicks?

The traffic is the same but, since tuesday, instead of my 700/900 daily clicks I'm getting much less than 20 clicks.

I just emailed Auction Ads about this if I get a response i'll post it, but don't worry you are not alone we are all experiencing it. I am down from 500-700 clicks daily to 50-60 clicks

i emailed them once about the problem yesterday they replied said they are fixing it but still it's not fixed. I emailed them today again asking if the cookie will still be set on the visitor and if sales going to report to us so far haven't an answer yet.

Just now i checked the acct (this is usually the time they update their stats and report of earning) i see $0.00 for the first day when ctr is experiencing problem (since conversion reporting is 2 days behind), so i guess the low ctr means no cookie set which means it's affecting our earning ... and who knows how long it take them to fix it

maybe it's just me tho, anyone see earning reported for 7/11?

7/10 was the first day my click count started looking screwy. I also happened to make more money on that day that than the entire previous month.

I have no earnings for 7/11 and 7/12, but that's not unusual for me.

At 2:10am, my click count looks like it might be fixed for 7/13. I'm already showing more clicks than the last 3 days combined.

I have been a huge Auction Ads supporter however I'm getting really upset now that they seem to have no regard for our time and our money.

My clicks are back to normal. On the days the clicks were low, I had sales as usual.
Sadly, july sales are nowhere near June's.
    Hope sales are back soon.

its posts like this why we have a no posting in forums policy now. Its a pointless fight =( People just make stuff up regardless.

In 4 months we have grown from 0 to almost 25,000 users and continue to grow at about 300 new users per day. Changes are being made constantly to improve and scale. Its still almost 100% operated by myself and 1 other person (dillsmack).

Here is a chart of the growth to date

We understand support is by far our weakest link and we are making big changes to make improvements with that.

Uh, not so good. It's a nice idea. But based on what we have seen so far it needs more help.

You know, there are other ways to handle it. One way is to call it a limited beta and don't let it grow faster than you can handle - that's the conservative low risk approach that might frustrate people who have to wait to sign up but can get the best overall results if the kinks are worked out and you come out of beta fairly quickly (don't follow the YPN approach of perpetual beta that never seems to improve).

Another way is to throw lots of resources at it - bigger risk in terms of costs if it doesn't work out but can be a home run if it does.

I went through and looked at the aggregate stats posted by successful AA users. They're are all in the 4 cents to 10 cents per click range. Mine are in the that range also.

So you must have a site that doesn't convert well. Visitors are clicking but not buying for whatever reason.

That kind of growth is unbelievable, I would have cracked right about week 14.:p Not really, but people need to just realize that even gooogle had some of the same problems with adsense. So I give yall props for not taking the "safe" approach with a limited beta.
