Does AuctionAds have the ability to show relevant ads per content? Ex: If you have article site, if article 1 is about toys and another article (page) is about Health, will the ads show relevant? Or would I have to place different keyword in script for every page? Thanks
you probably want to use custom keywords in the AuctionAds code for each page to best target your users.
I agree with renoir there, but I did here that there is some sort of addon so that you could make it contextually targeted to your pages content. I don't know where it was mentioned, but I know it was these forums most probably in the affiliate programs forum or the pay per click advertising forums.
No it is not contextual. But if your titles are dynamically generated through PHP or something, you can insert that PHP as the keywords code and get the same sort of effect (basically).
You mean like in place of "keyword' place "Query" or something to that effect that matches my database?
That's true a lot of the time with AuctionAds. The first time you view the page, you'll get generic ads (like ipods or purses) but then you refresh the page and you get the ads related to your keywords. I think AuctionAds caches the ads on their servers, so if they are popular keywords they will be in the cache and come up on the first pageview. If not, they usually show on the next pageview after they have been added to the cache.
