No AA earnings aren't even close to what my Adsense earnings are for this period. I was earning $5-$7 a day from Adsense however right now my adsense is only pulling in $2 a day but it will likely increase once again. , If AA continues to show good results then I think it will surpass my Adsense earnings after 30 days. So far however the results do look good after 10 days so after 30 days I would hope to be earning $50 a day or more. My earnings on google for June 01st - June 04th are $32.13 so far.

Freak Adsense works depending on your sites structure, AA is less judgemental for the most part.

Yeah I honestly think the same thing, generally placing images next to adsense ads or any text ads in general always gives someone an incentive to click on it, but with auction ads what you see is what you get and I think my users really like that. Adense generally only works for people whom have pages that adsense considers quality content like blogs, I often send adsense over 300 clicks and in turn I'm paid around $10, If I were to send the same amount of clicks to auction ads in the same time frame consistantly things would be alot different given a little patience.

Hmm, it really depend on your type of site and also the amount of exposure your giving the ads, you really have to go out of your way to place them in every possible place you possible can where people can see them. There is no limit to the number of ads you can use either.

I have up to 9 ads on some pages and generally atleast 5-6 on most, so you really should focus on getting as much ad exposure as well, also focus on only 2-3 key terms, if possible focus on only 1, narrow it down to what your users are interested in based on your sites purpose for example if your sites about cars then your keyword would be cars or something along those lines, also patience, you must wait a full 30 days before saying auctionads doesn't work. you have to give it 30 days for those cookies to spread out a bit.

I believe it's not against TOS. After all ,you can just look at the pages source code, and there you'll be able to see the Keywords the AA ads are targeted to.

When the program started I tested AA with one of my site, and had no success, but back then traffic was slow, and right now I have much more traffic.
Anyway, I've added the Ads back again, and they are running for two days now.
I've been receiving around 120 clicks these two days, but no revenue yet. Yes I know, I should wait until the end of the auction, which I will.

But any way, Adsense revenue did not drop(Since I mostly use the adsense in the content, while the AA ads are on the sidebar, so I can happily continue with AA without caring about my Adsense revenue.

Trust me I know the waiting is hard, ever since I saw an earnings spike on the 10th day earnings have completely crashed yet again however its all about patience.

you obviously haven't been hanging out enough time in the adsense ad placment section of digital point!! You should go and ask for a review, after you've implemented some of the basic rules... With that traffic you should earn a lot more than auctionads with adsense!

Search for the adsense heatmap on google.com and read the introduction in adsense forum on digital point, and only then will you be entitled to express an opinion on adsense vs. auctionads performances.

to the author of the thread of course, his exemple site is clearly not following the basic advises on ad placement, with a traffic like his adsense would monetize very well if only you could see one without having to scroll down.

With all due respect my adsense is actually blended and had good placement on the 2 sites I have adsense and AA running. The low CTR is there for a good reason, one of them is a forum which brings the CTR done a lot. The other site is an e-commerce site where the CTR is around 1.5%.

Those are normal figures for sites of those types considering ads is not the primary revenue source for these sites.

It pays to know the sites, their purpose, niche and revenue sources before making such claims.

    I was responding to this:
    "
    I LOVE YOU SHOEMONEY!!!

here is my site, so you can all see the placement of my ads etc.
    http://thehollywoodstory.com
    "

    not to you ruby.

so if you think adsense would look ugly on the top of your site because of the color gradient, you can use an adsense background with transparent border (a transparent gradient in PNG 24bits) you can find some ideas here : http://www.adclustr.com
and one more think, make the adsense LINK (just the part underlined) of a standard blue, 0000FF yes I know it's ugly, bear with it, and use a 336x280 block and you'll see what's happening!

I'm making around $10 a week with AuctionAds now, which I'm pretty pleased with given that since adding AuctionAds to my site, my Adsense stats haven't been effected, so it's worth having there. Particularly if $50 commissions keep occurring as one did last week - my site is music based, so I'm guessing someone bought an expensive guitar via my ads. More of the same would be nice!
