Is there any rule against auction winners that refuse to pay ? I have two auctions won by two guys who vanished after bidding. They won the site but then refuse to answer at my PM's, e-mails although they are online.

So what to do against this guys ? It's already getting annoying!

Use the Report post function on your sales thread with a note to explain the bids were fake.

This has happened to me a lot of times. If it's a new member, they will most likely be banned.

If it's an established member, they will most likely receive a warning.

They are mostly noobs. Report them and sell the thing to the next low bidder.

Here is all the story. I have made one sale thread, the guy who won never responded to me, the other BIDs were too low (under reserve) so I didn't wanted to sell the site. After the bid, my auction dropped so basically it's closed. I've made a second thread, same story, the guy doesn't reply to my PM's. Now I get bunch of infractions for duplicate posts, since I've started the 2nd auction.

And if I add him a -1 iTrader probably he will do the same with me. If I report that too, mods will say "iTrader is a non-moderated area". So nothing to do actually.

A perfect example to what a user undergoes through DP disadvantages.

Thank you. Also in my new auction I got 3 bids already, so probably I was going to sell my product. All this from one random guy who refuses payments after he BID.

You cannot create duplicate threads for the same thing - they are subject to infractions. If something doesn't sell, too bad.

    Yes, understood. Thank you.

    Good post, thanks.

This post can be closed, although I can't find any possible solution to my problem
