Auction Site - Coding, hosting

Hello,

Am looking for guidance related to auction site. Am looking for someone who has dealt or knows what type of host to get for auction site and can help me make an auction site from a script.

I need 2 features included:-

1. Time left increases on a bid placed.
2. Bids need to be bought before placing a bid.

Yes webid is a nice auction script that gives a professional auction/bidding website.
You can also use ucauction module on drupal but it is not as good as webid and you need a lot of time to customize it.
