I decided it's the right time for my Image Hosting site to get a new owner to market it, draw traffic and monetize to it's potential.

Reason for sale : Currently no time or interest to market it.

Submitted to 200+ general directories and 10+ niche image hosting directories. All pages are search engine optimized and comes with TOS, FAQ pages.

Script Used : Image Hosting System - free (you could use others too).
Template modified, layout and content by myself. Please upload an image and check the features yourself.
Currently host about 100+ images. (currently, unused images are pruned after 30days).

Admin panel features:
- View/delete images.
- View traffic usage (filtering available).
- Delete unused images based on inactivity by days. And more...

Traffic : Nothing to speak of...currently almost nil as I stopped promoting and working on this; hence the sale.

Revenue : About $10 through Adsense total so far. Revenue comes whenever you have traffic and this is what it lacks. If you can build traffic, then yes, you can earn with it. I had some google picasa referrals and hostgator affiliate signups too.

You can easily host this site off a DreamHost account or a small VPS. I can move this site to your server if you request.

Also, you can set the allowed file types, max bandwidth per image, max image size etc. too, if you wish to continue with the existing script.

 

why not set the minimum bid at the reserve price, due to the fact you will nto sell it below that?

Not necessarily, a lot of people prefer to go with the shorter non-"www" version... (unless all of the backlinks are with the www. version...)

 

guess it's all a matter of taste ... just that one redirects to the other is the most important thing i guess

Ok...my trip was postponed due to heavy rains...so auction ends today 11PM GMT+5.5.
As for the url redirection, yes it's for SEO and people tend to look for short urls (no www) for image hosts as far as I've seen.
