Auction Script

    I need an auction script with some custom modules. When someone wants to bid i want them to pay a refundable sum of 2% of the price. If he wins the auction, he would pay the rest of 98% of the price. If he loses the auction he gets total refund. I want those 2% to be kept because i want serious people to bid on my auctions. If he wins and don`t pay the items, those 2% will be split between me and the next highest bidder of the auction.

    So who can make me something like this and how much money would cost.
