    I launched this (PM me for site) about 4 days ago, there is currently at least 2000+ unique daily.

    It's really active forum as I have been actively promoting it, but I want to move on to something else. After you work on a project for a really really long time, you get bored.

    I am offering the new owner admin control over the forum, domain name with 2439 submission to High Page Rank directory already done. [Pm me if you want proof of sites]

    The next update should bring you a PR4 at least. The .net domain name.

    I will help you keep the forum running as a moderator (if you allow me), and I will also help you advertise, everything is set up for you to own and earn money from adsense. And I will finish all the deals made with the members.

    There are already a lot of custom made modification in the script that took me hours to modify.

    I will host it for 3 months, than addition months are $10 per month.
