[AUCTION] I'm flipping my real estate flipping site

    I bought this site about 2 months ago but haven't been able to give it my full attention. I gave it a complete overhaul over a month ago, the only resemblance it bares to the old site is the page color :D The purpose of the site is to sell a set of eBooks on buying and selling real estate; the purchase page uses PayPal and buyers can immediately download the ebooks automatically, no need for you to act.

    Be aware that the site I purchased was originally a turnkey website. Aside from the design overhaul, I went in page by page to rewrite a little bit of the text to reduce Google duplicate content penalties, PLUS I converted about half the site into a blog (WordPress) so that it can be easily updated in the future.

    I have also had the site submitted to dozens of directories, and personally submitted it to Google, Yahoo, and MSN Live (it's indexed by all 3). I haven't done any other promoting or advertising (a couple of link exchanges, that's it).

    Since the site went live it's received around 260 uniques, which averages to 7 per day. Around 9 pageviews per visit. No earnings at all.

    Given all that, I'd like to start the bidding at $25. There is no reserve. Auction will end Monday around noon Pacific or if more than 12 hours go by without a bid. I'll set a BIN after I see what kind of bidding action there is.
